Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage accounting tasks independently.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Prepare and record journal entries
• Maintain and update the General Ledger
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Record payroll entries
• Maintain accurate expense records
• Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss Statements
• Prepare and maintain Balance Sheets
• Handle month-end closing activities
• Maintain proper and organized accounting records
• Assist with basic financial reporting
• Perform accounting tasks using Microsoft Excel
• Maintain accounts using QuickBooks Desktop

Required Skills

Skills And Qualifications:

• A master's in Accounting or any other related field is preferred
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
