Job Summary

A Female Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, handling daily accounting tasks, and maintaining accurate data using accounting software. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial operations efficiently.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Handle invoices, billing, and cash transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Enter and verify financial data accurately in software systems
• Generate reports such as profit & loss statements and ledgers
• Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Coordinate with management for financial decision-making
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in accounting or a similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
• Ability to prepare financial reports and maintain records
• Experience in handling invoices, billing, and cash transactions
• Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
