Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage QuickBooks accounting
- Handle bookkeeping and daily financial entries Prepare and file taxes accurately and on time Process payroll and maintain payroll records Prepare financial statements and reports Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Maintain two sets of financial records: Audit-purpose financials
- (compliance, accuracy, documentation) Internal
- financial reports for owners' review and decision-making.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
- Understanding of tax filing, payroll, and reconciliations Ability to prepare and manage audit-ready financials High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good analytical and reporting skills
