The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role involves tracking financial transactions, preparing budgets, and assisting in audits to support the organization’s financial stability and growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
  • Manage payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Provide financial advice to management for decision-making.

Required Skills

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
