Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
  • Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate data entry
  • Support with sales tax filings as required

Required Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1.5 to 2 years of accounting experience
  • ACCA in process
  • Hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and time management skills
