We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks, ensure accurate financial records, and support the overall financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles and practices and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Role and Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Monitor and manage cash flow and bank transactions.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of company assets, liabilities, income, and expenditures.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and explanations.
Review and reconcile vendor and customer statements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
