Our business is trading we need to manage account on computer with user name and buy sell detail . Company stock in out and related detail daily
Role and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and expense reports
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Support audits by providing required financial data
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payments
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as an Account Officer or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
Good analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and organizational skills
