About Us:

We are a fast-growing digital agency working with premium clients in the UAE. Our work includes content marketing, strategy, performance tracking, and end-to-end campaign execution. We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Account Manager / Client Point of Contact to be the face of our agency for one of our key clients based in the UAE.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between our agency and the client.
  • Attend and lead weekly client calls via Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Understand client goals and develop marketing strategies in collaboration with our internal team.
  • Present strategies, reports, and performance updates clearly and professionally.
  • Monitor project deliverables and timelines, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly via Slack (must be responsive during working hours).
  • Provide regular updates and handle client feedback with a problem-solving mindset.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Native English speaker (mandatory).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategies.
  • Confident in creating and presenting strategic plans and reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and Zoom.
  • Availability for weekly calls (UAE timezone) and ongoing Slack communication.
