Job Summary

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely billing, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Monitor account balances and ensure accurate posting of transactions.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external auditors as needed.
  • Provide financial analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients/vendors regarding financial matters.
  • Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.

Required Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Audit firms .
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
