Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Account Executive with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting functions, including data entrysales audits, and retail-related accounting tasks, while assisting the finance team with various assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter daily sales, invoices, and financial transactions.
  • Perform sales reconciliations and audits of POS reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain financial reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical financial records.
  • Collaborate with team members to collect, verify, and manage accounting data.
  • Assist in preparing monthly summaries, internal reports, and other financial documentation.
  • Handle additional accounting or administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or accounts manager.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software.
  • Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with retail accounting systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Effective communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well within a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
