Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of audit concepts, strong proficiency in Excel, and practical experience in accounts and audit functions.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform regular audits of inventory levels, focusing on fuel inventory across multiple locations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies related to fuel inventory management.
• Generate and analyze Statistical Inventory Reconciliation (SIR) reports to reconcile fuel inventory discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory management.
• Communicate audit findings, compliance status, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
   

Required Skills

Skills:

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance
• ACCA/CA finalist preferred
• Proficient understanding of ERP, Quickbooks, Xero, GAAP, IFRS, and Excel
