Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounting documentation and records accurately.

 

  • Manage accounting processes and support daily financial operations.

  • Coordinate international business activities and transactions.

  • Prepare shipping and accounting documents for export/import.

  • Communicate with banks for payment processing and documentation.

  • Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners.

  • Support the sales team with necessary financial and administrative tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with international trade and finance regulations.

  • Maintain organized records of financial and shipping documents.

  • Assist in reconciliation of accounts and reporting.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Proficiency in Account Documentation, Export, and Import Export processes
  • Experience in International Business and coordinating related activities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Minimum Qualification Intermediate
  • Experience in the seafood industry is a plus
