Job Summary

A well-reputed medical sales and marketing company requires Account & Admin Operations for the Karachi office. 

Job basic office tasks, email correspondence with clients, in and out accounts, Invoices processing, and maintaining proper account sheets.

Taxation including W.H. Tax Preparing and submitting Tax Challan and Return to Suppliers and Salaries on a Monthly and Yearly basis, including monthly Tax Return U/S 165 and 149.
if you have knowledge about Photoshop or any other graphic designing skills for a logo or leaflet design it will be a count plus point for your job.

Required Skills

Candidates will be responsible for the following tasks,

  • Invoices processing
  • Taxation including W.H. Tax Preparing and submitting Tax Challan and Return to Suppliers and Salaries on a Monthly and Yearly basis, including monthly Tax Return U/S 165 and 149.
  • Keeping Accurate records of transactions
  • Handling cheques and other financial details
  • Maintain proper account sheets.
  • Filling documents,
  • Keeping Accurate records of transactions
  • Record Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator for logo and brochure designing skills
  • Good English communication skills
  • Any other task assigned by company management
