Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for developing assessment items for students, maintaining high academic standards, and ensuring a congenial learning environment in schools.
  • S/he will be expected to provide support and guidance for classroom instruction, as well as introduce improvements in the teaching and learning process.
  • S/he will also be responsible for facilitating teachers in their professional development.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • The ideal candidate must have 16 years of education, specialising in English. Preferably, s/he should hold a professional degree such as M.Ed or B.Ed,
  • Minimum of two years of teaching experience at a reputable institution.
  • The candidate should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and ICT integration in teaching and learning is desirable.
