The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for developing assessment items for the students and for creating and maintaining high standards and congenial learning environment in schools. He/she will provide support and guidance for classroom instruction, curriculum enrichment and ongoing assessment of teaching and learning process. S/he will also be responsible for facilitating teachers for professional development.
The Academic Coordinator for Maths and Physics is expected to provide professional support in both the subjects.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate must have 16 years of education in either subject, with proficiency and command of content knowledge in both the subjects, preferably with professional degree e.g., M.Ed/B.Ed and minimum of 03 years of teaching experience at a reputable institution. The candidate should have effective communication, strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and ICT integration with teaching/learning is desirable.
