The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for developing assessment items for students, maintaining high academic standards, and a congenial learning environment in schools. S/he will be expected to provide support and guidance for classroom instruction, as well as bring improvements in the teaching and learning process. S/he will also be responsible for facilitating teachers in their professional development.
Required SkillsThe ideal candidate must have 16 years of education with a specialization in Urdu subject, proficiency and command of content knowledge, preferably a professional degree e.g., M.Ed/B.Ed, and a minimum of 03 years of teaching experience at a reputable institution. The candidate should have effective and strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and ICT integration with teaching/learning is desirable.
