Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Technical oversight of the program in the areas of engagement (including opening of new ECD centers, arranging training of new staff, developing ECD material, etc.).
  • Proven abilities in designing training modules and trainings. 
  • Ensure timely implementation of program activities and develop and submit the progress reports of the program.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines and to interpret relevant information to independently make decisions and changes.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and ability to present ideas and information clearly and effectively through oral and written mediums.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Plan, design, and conduct refresher courses for selected teachers in the project area.
  • Assist and facilitate PM in conducting sessions, workshops, and training courses.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of curriculum in schools.
  • Produce reports and maintain academic records.
