Provide subject-specific academic support to boarders through individual and small-group sessions.
Develop and implement personalized learning plans to address academic gaps and achieve performance targets.
Coordinate with teachers and parents to monitor student progress, set academic goals, and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor homework, assignments, notebooks, and academic work to ensure timely completion, accuracy, and quality.
Maintain students’ academic records and provide regular progress updates to the Superintendent Academics.
Mentor and motivate boarders to develop effective study habits and achieve consistent academic performance.
Support academic events, workshops, professional development activities, and other academic initiatives as required.
Required Skills
Skills And Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or Mathematics.
2–4 years of relevant teaching or academic support experience.
Strong subject knowledge and ability to support students with diverse learning needs.
Strong communication, mentoring, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and academic record management.
