Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • The Vice Principal of the Aga Khan Higher Secondary School will be responsible for the effective academic and general management of the school.
  • Will be supervising and supporting the professional development of the faculty and ensuring that academic operations of the school are effective.
  • S/he will be responsible for managing student affairs, keeping the necessary records and maintaining students’ discipline. Will ensure that teaching and learning on campus are effectively managed.  

Required Skills

Skills and Qualfication:

  • The ideal candidate must hold a minimum of a Master’s degree, preferably in sciences, mathematics or English,
  •  Minimum of 3 years of teaching/ educational management experience at an institution of good repute.
  • The individual should have effective communication, classroom management, interpersonal and leadership skills. Should be well-versed in the application of technology in education.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and proven experience working with parents and the community are desirable.
