Role and Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage items, and make recommendations
Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues
Process bills and handle payments accurately
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Skills and Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required)
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting is an advantage
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service practices
