The Student Counsellors will be responsible for executing the AKES,P’s student counselling and support programme, including following the strategic framework programme and helping students with social, academic and disciplinary issues and challenges. The Counsellors will also evaluate students’ abilities and interests and help them develop realistic academic and career goals. They will work at the school level to disseminate effectively and creatively all kinds of resources related to career guidance and life skills to students, parents, teachers and school leaders. The Student Counsellors will work closely with Principals/School Heads and Regional Coordinators to ensure the smooth functioning of student counselling programmes in schools
Required SkillsMasters or BS (4 years) in Psychology with at least one year of relevant experience. Certifications in Child Psychology are required.
