Job Summary

The Citizens Foundation invites applications for the position of Senior Regional – HR Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting in maintenance of all HR relevant and supporting all other HR related functions.

HR Transactions:

  • Mail receiving, entry and scouting for further process daily
  • Processing HR transactions and keeping record in hard and soft copy
  • Resolving payroll queries of school staff/Areas/Region
  • Tracking of documents in soft copy

Quality of Principals:

  • Conduct strong outreach for quality Principals
  • Facilitate and manage the conduct of Assessment Centers for quality Principals across the Region
  • Facilitate timely completion, maintenance and quality of Assessment Centre data through online trackers
  • Assist in smooth facilitation and conduct of Annual performance appraisal for Principals including organizing Region calibration meetings and wrap up/completion of Principal appraisal paperwork through Area Teams
  • Facilitate & arrange the HR related training during the Principal Academy

Quality of Teachers:

  • Ensure timely collection of data from schools through Areas for all Faculty awards so that all awards can be timely processed before the Teacher award ceremonies
  • To support the Regional Coordinator, who is responsible for the planning of Teacher award ceremonies, in the planning of Teacher award ceremonies across the Region
  • To assist Principals for carrying out independent outreach for quality local Teachers and ensure CV bank is being maintained within schools

Others:

  • Preparations of Different monthly & quarterly school staff allowances reports & getting approval from RM & REM for issuance of these allowance i.e. (Attendance, Multi Unit Allowance, Summer & Winter Camp Allowances)
  • Review pending issues thrice a week
  • Follow-ups with Area offices on various demands
  • Attending visitors
  • Update CV bank for hiring of Principals
  • Supervise dept. in the absence of manager
  • Updating of various records
  • Participants in different regional activities
  • Assisting the Bulk hiring Process
  • Any other HR related duties that shall be assigned by the RHR Manager

Required Skills

Qualification: BA-Masters

Experience: 1-2 years of general office experience

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good command over English and Urdu
