Job Summary

The Sr. Human Resource Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department which includes Recruitment and selection, attendance management, processing salaries and benefits, handling staff grievances, performance management, maintaining the filing system and developing archives.

Required Skills
  • The ideal candidate must have a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and have 3 years of post-qualification experience of HR Operations in a similar setting.
  • Computer skills in MS office and effective interpersonal skills are essential.
