Security Officer – SMS Aga Khan School, Karachi (12:00 pm to 08:00 pm)
The Security Officer will be responsible for the following:
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
Manage the access and egress mechanism in an effective manner that allows the proper flow of the students.
Maintain the vehicle inspection system.
Supervise the team of guards and coordinate with external security service company.
Conducting different drills/trainings for all staff members and helping them in understanding their roles and responsibilities in case of an emergency.
Respond to and investigate all student and staff-related safety issues and implement plans and programs to minimize future incidents.
Implementation of modern electronic devices such as surveillance systems etc.
Maintaining & updating emergency contact details of staff and emergency communication tree.
Monitoring (and conducting tests as needed) the alarm system and public address system that will be utilized to inform staff during emergencies in all project offices.
Required Skills
The candidate with a Graduation degree with 02 - 03 years of relevant experience will be preferred; s/he must have effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, and good command over MS Office.
