Job Summary

  • Work closely with Security Lead to develop an effective security plan to support operations.
  • Will ensure proper functioning of CCTV Cameras and monitoring system at prayer hall and other facilities. Will be responsible to escalate immediately on malfunctioning of system to vendor for rectification of fault.
  • Coordinate the implementation and administration of security systems in compliance with standards.
  • Work with all law enforcement agencies to ensure coordination and resolution of any security matters.
  • Coordinate all emergency/crisis management assets providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise.
  • Provide additional operational support and guidance to the local security teams as and when required.
  •  Ensure highest level of vigilance through deployed armed guards and volunteers during prayer hall in Session.
  •  Will ensure fitness of weapons held by guards on daily basis, any fault observed will report immediately to service providing company.
  • Will maintain and ensure the discipline of armed guards deployed at prayer hall and other facilities.
  •  Assist in implementation of security policies/SOPs etc.
  •  Advises Security management in improving and carrying out the security plans/policies.
  •  Handle and report suspicious activities with in his jurisdiction.
  •  Assist security teams/Volunteers during their routine duties.

 Make the daily roster of the guards.

Required Skills

Education and Experience

  • Incumbent must have Bachelor degree; Master’s degree will be preferred.
  • He must be retired Havildar, Naib Subedar, Subedar, Subedar Major or an equivalent from other armed forces/LEAs.
  • Must have completed his colour service.
  • He must have at least 2-3 years of experience in intelligence agency during his service.
  • He must have excellent skills in information collection and analysis procedures with a view to recognizing potential threats and dangers.
  • He must have the ability to work under pressure and ability to exercise sound and strong management skills in times of crisis and emergencies.
  • He must have high sense of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information. 
  • He must be capable to establish relationship with Government’s security agencies.
  • He must have sound working knowledge of security best practices.
  • He must possess knowledge of electronic security systems.
  • He should be professional with excellent interpersonal skills, highly competent, honest and impartial in accordance with the values of Ismaili Constitutions.
  • He must be able to draft security and incidence reports(preferably in English).
  • He should have sound judgment and decision-making skills with hands-on problem-solving approach.
  • He must not be above 50 years in age, medically and physically fit to undertake outdoor operational field activities and deployments.
  • He should not be court martialed from armed forces.

Skills and Attitudes

  • He must have basic computer skills (MS Office, Word, Power Point, and Excel),
  • Fluency in written and spoken Urdu is essential (English will be preferred).
  • He must possess valid driver’s license.
