Job Summary

The School Head will be responsible for providing leadership to the school, maintaining the desired teaching and learning standards, curriculum enrichment, resource provision, dealing with parents and community, maintaining the ethos and environment of the school, and administering policies, processes and systems.

 

 

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should have minimum of 14 years of education, preferably with professional degree like B.Ed/ M.Ed, as well as 3 years of teaching/management experience in an educational institution. The candidate should have effective communication skills, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is desirable.
