Assist the supervisor in the development of research instruments for the projects according to their objectives
Ensure validity of data collected from the field
Provide counselling and grief support communication skills to study participants
Ensure proper data collection as per the project guidelines
Provide training to the staff as per the protocols and guidelines of study
Assist supervisors in carrying out day-to-day research work
Prepare and present periodic project related activity reports
Keep track and follow-up with research teams on progress reports of the project
Provide assistance in the preparation of periodic research and progress reports
Required Skills
A minimum of Master’s in Social science or any other relevant degree.
At least one year of relevant experience
Preferably trained in Mental Health first aid
Good interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
Proficiency in the use of computer applications, particularly MS Office
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work effectively in teams and resilience to cope-up with work pressure
Good report writing skills and willingness to work in the community settings and travel to field sites
