Job Summary

  • Assist the supervisor in the development of research instruments for the projects according to their objectives
  • Ensure validity of data collected from the field
  • Provide counselling and grief support communication skills to study participants
  • Ensure proper data collection as per the project guidelines
  • Provide training to the staff as per the protocols and guidelines of study
  • Assist supervisors in carrying out day-to-day research work
  • Prepare and present periodic project related activity reports
  • Keep track and follow-up with research teams on progress reports of the project 
  • Provide assistance in the preparation of periodic research and progress reports

Required Skills
  • A minimum of Master’s in Social science or any other relevant degree.
  • At least one year of relevant experience 
  • Preferably trained in Mental Health first aid 
  • Good interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
  • Proficiency in the use of computer applications, particularly MS Office
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and resilience to cope-up with work pressure
  • Good report writing skills and willingness to work in the community settings and travel to field sites
