Job Summary

The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming, greeting and directing visitors, in person or on the telephone; for answering or referring inquiries; for maintaining employee and department directories; for maintaining security, monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges. S/he will also maintain tracking records of all documents and reports, support in monitoring the school’s day to day affairs, and schedule meetings etc.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate may have a bachelor’s degree with minimum 01 year of relevant work experience at a reputable institution. The individual should have effective and strong communications and interpersonal skills, and strong command over MS Office.
