Priority Valley is a multi-institutional programme to improve the socio-economic conditions of the Jamats living in remote areas of Pakistan. It is coordinated by National Council for Pakistan and a multi-stakeholder strategy has been developed to improve the quality of life of the through focused intervention for education, health, economic development and education. At the moment insitution, under Priority Valley, is focusing on strengthening institutional capacity, improving the infrastructure of the Community Centre, enhancing the quality of RE through realigning honorary human resources, honorarium-based teachers, training teachers, conducting youth education programmes and educate Jamat in Nazirah-e-Qur’an.
Invites applications for the role of Quran And Ritual Facilitator based in Yarkhun lusht and Bang. This is a contractual position for the duration of Priority Valley and the contractual employment will conclude with the conclusion of Priority Valley. The individual will be responsible for providing training of Tajweed and Tafseer of Quran-to-Quran Teachers and Educators and ensure that each student successfully completes the Qur’an-e-Nazirah course through a formal RE system in the jurisdiction of Priority Valley in Yarkhun Lusht, and Bang in collaboration with teachers and educators. S/He is also required to conduct Quran classes for Youth and community on a need basis and fulfils the need in the performance of rites of passage as and when assigned.
Required SkillsThe applicant’s minimum qualification should be intermediate or preferably graduate with 2-3 years of teaching experience in the Qur’an-e-Nazirah. The individual should have basic knowledge of Nazirah and Tajweed principles and good knowledge of the rites of passage.
