Job Summary
The Indus Entrepreneurs Islamabad is currently accepting applications for the position of Programme Officer Tech Camp.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day activities of incubation program including coordination with innovators, influencers, civil society organizations;
- Managing timelines of training calendar, follow up with startups and trainers;
- Focal person for logistic management including hotel bookings, travel arrangements, visa and travel arrangements of international speakers for organization of Tech Camps
- Facilitate speakers, trainers & mentors in conducting different sessions during tech camp
- Coordinate with marketing manager for coverage of Tech Camp
- Documentation compiling and control of entire project including M&E surveys, reports, trainer reports, feedback surveys, customer journey plans etc.
- Coordination with Tech Camp participants for tracking of progress of the pilot projects;
- Coordinate post program supports to selected tech camp participants in implementation of pilot projects
- Mitigation plans to reduce setbacks and take corrective actions to remedy any deviation from the work plans;
- Guide knowledge development, documentation and communication and branding through networking, events, and presentations and by using social media tools (in close collaboration with the donor).
Required Skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation in business administration, computer sciences, management or similar qualification
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to write proposals
- Excellent partnership building, communication, and management skills to work with the local communities, and development partners.
- Hardworking, commitment, ability to communicate and self- motivated person.
- Comfortable working with all levels of stakeholders with the same degree of professionalism.
- Excellent writing skills, a background in journalism or experience with writing help since you will be creating content for TiE.
