Job Summary

A Registered NGO is inviting applications for the position of Program Coordinator.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day program activities and operations.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, work plans, and timelines.
  • Liaise with participants, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Monitor program progress and track key performance indicators.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, training sessions, and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and program-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of participants, activities, and outcomes.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and resource allocation.
  • Identify challenges and provide recommendations for program improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and donor requirements.
  • Support communication and outreach activities related to the program.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to achieve program goals and objectives.

 

 

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree 
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
