Pharmacist @ Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan

• Must be fully aware of the mission statement of AKHS, P, and endeavors to implement team spirit with the department.
• Lead to establish the pharmacy stores in a professional and legal way
• To monitor drug distribution for inpatient dispensing system
• Provide appropriate guidance to the pharmacy staff in stock replenishment, maintaining Stock Register, proper requisition.
• To follow and maintaining Duty Roster in pharmacy
• Monitor the expiry and dead stock
• Ensure proper coordination in surgical/medical supplies
• Timely send medicine demand to purchase department Regional / Central Office
• Keep clean and update pharmacy area
• Near to expiry medicine timely return to Regional Office
• Any other assignment given by Supervisor.

PERIODIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in Drug Committee meetings on a need basis.
• To visit Purchase department Chitral occasionally
• Circulating or publishing information about new drugs.
• To perform assigned task by the supervisor
• To maintain minimum level of tolerance during working under pressure
• Must have positive attitude
• Maintain accuracy in drug stocking
• Responsibilities will be increased time to time on need basis

2-3 years of practical experience in a similar field. B. Pharmacy/ Pharm D from a recognized institution is a pre-requisite.
