A registered NGO is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of:
Role and Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management
Prepare, format, and maintain official documents, reports, and records
Handle filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of information
Welcome visitors and guide them appropriately
Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed
Assist management with presentations, reports, and data entry
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
Perform general administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
At least Bachelors Degree
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle office correspondence and administrative tasks efficiently
Proficiency in basic computer applications will be preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional behavior and attention to detail
Location: Garden East
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
