Job Summary

A registered NGO is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of:

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management
  • Prepare, format, and maintain official documents, reports, and records
  • Handle filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of information
  • Welcome visitors and guide them appropriately
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed
  • Assist management with presentations, reports, and data entry
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
  • Perform general administrative tasks assigned by supervisors

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • At least Bachelors Degree
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle office correspondence and administrative tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications will be preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professional behavior and attention to detail

 

Location: Garden East
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
