Job Summary

A Registered NGO is looking for a dedicated and experienced individual for the position of Office Clerk/Assistant

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other office documents.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when needed.
  • Receive and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and document management.
  • Support administrative staff with day-to-day office operations.
  • Distribute mail, packages, and official documents as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

 

Required Skills

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree
  • At 2 years of experience
  • Hardworking, Focused, Documentation Expert, Organized, Punctual
