The National Institute of Banking And Finance State Bank Of Pakistan invites application for the position of Manager Partnership.
National Institute of banking and finance (NIBAF) has launched National Financial Literacy Program for Youth (NFLP-Y). Basic aim of program is to impart essential financial education to Pakistani youth and school going children for strengthening of their money management skills and understanding of financial matters.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank's objectives.
- Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel. Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
Required Skills
- Masters degree or equivalent from HEC recognized university/institute in Business Administration/Economics/Development Finance/Information Technology/Project Management or other relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Maximum age limit is 45 years.
