Job Summary

New Horizon Computer, a well reputed Computers and Techno business at Saddar near  Karachi is looking for a dynamic profile to join as Manager Admin. The incumbent will be responsible for planning and coordinating administrative processes of the institution with particular attention to maintenance of assets and properties owned by the institution.

  • Manage all administrative and support functions related to office organization and maintenance of records;
  • Ensure completeness of legal documentation related properties owned by the institution;
  • Ensure adequate measures are in place to safeguard and maintain assets and properties;
  • Liaison with government and regulatory authorities on associated with properties and construction projects;
  • Maintain records related to legal petitions and claims;
  • Assist in processing of property transfers, sublease, etc.

Required Skills
  • Minimum Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in general administration with
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in property management will be a plus.
