Job Summary

A reputed hotel is seeking applications for the position of Manager Accounts - Corporate.

Job Responsibilities:

1.    Prepare monthly accounts and update schedule
2.    Review payment vouchers
3.    Review and get CAPEX approved from competent authorities
4.    Maintain tax records.
5.    Coordinate with other hotels Finance departments for collection of data/information
6.    Budget and Forecast
7.    Preparation of Board papers
8.    Preparation of quarterly income tax payment working
9.    Incumbent will be responsible for the monitoring of financial assets of the hotels and Head office, including Budget preparation, Tax matters – income tax / sales tax

 

Required Skills

Qualification: Masters in relevant discipline.

Experience: Minimum 2 year of relevant experience.

Skills Required:
1.    Iscala knowledge / experience is MUST.
2.    Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles.
3.    Preparation, review and analysis of financial statement.
4.    Dynamic leadership qualities with analytical skills and administrative capabilities.
5.    Strong discipline, commitment and self-initiated.
6.    Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact well with an array of individuals.
7.    Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure.
