Job Responsibility:
The Jr. Purchase Returns Executive will be handling the entire Vendor Coordination cycle.
Has to Resolve and Review Customer Order Cancellations.
Accurately updating data in the system & Verifying Customer Returns & cancellations.
Addressing & resolving customer issues by maintaining a satisfactory service level on the Return Phone queue, it is to have a clear understanding of issues and escalate them as needed.
Has to maintain coordination between parts, components, and warranty returns.
Ensuring that returns are delivered successfully to vendors.
Required Skills
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification should be intermediate
Strong English Communication skills are required
The candidate should have Good Negotiation skills
Should have a Problem Solving Attitude
Must be able to Work Under Pressure & should possess critical thinking abilities
