Job Summary
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare summary on excel sheet of Raw Material (receiving & Issuance).
- Prepare process wise daily production reports.
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records. (Material related Production, Non Production).
- Update complete records related to store, request, receiving, and issuance.
- Verification of supplier challan and update in inventory on daily basis.
- To Update Stock inventory and reconcile data on daily basis.
- Maintain record & look after production data of all departments on daily basis.
- Make raw material and finished goods stock report.
- Check and balance all departments’ production data.
- Take monthly stock and balance all reports and maintain records in System.
- To prepare returned /Damaged/loaded finished goods report in collaboration with sales persons on their return to factory. To check physically the returned stock in vans, and comprise with sales supply vouchers.
- Should have to take responsibility of Raw Material and Finished Goods store in absence of Store Incharge.
- To prepare list of all assets in the factory, head office and maintain in/out record.
- To check and verify all records in comparison with gate office registers.
- With preparation of reports the inventory and data entry officer should be responsible to supervise store keepers, store helpers, and verify the reports with actual/physical stock as when needed. You will be center point of business data, and information.
- It will be your prime responsibility to share complete reports on daily basis to the CEO, Inventory Officer, Production Manager and System developer manager, to proceed further for next day production plan.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Required Skills
Good Computer skills with good command on Excel sheet (data analysis, formatting and formulas etc.)
