Summary:

Human Resources Manager Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. H/She maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Required Skills

Qualification & Experience:  

Masters degrees in Human Resources Management.

Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience. 

  • Experience in the food and beverage industry would be a plus point. 
  • Recruitment and training of staff.
  • Maintaining staff morale and motivation and overseeing staff relation.

Other Required Skills 

  • Good at communication with employees with different backgrounds and culture.
  • Managing and overseeing staff performance.
  • Likes a challenge and motivated to learn.
  • Maintaining reports and data.
