Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support the tagging, prepping and scanning of HR personnel files in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of employee records during all phases of the scanning project.
  • Maintain logs and records of files processed and scanned.
  • handling physical personnel files.
  • Scanning of documents/quality check and to ensure scanned files are complete and correctly uploaded.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computers or Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably 6 months to one year of related experience.
  • Technically sound with working knowledge of document scanning and file management systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Time management quality.
  • Team player.

Contract Type: HRSG contract.
