Support the tagging, prepping and scanning of HR personnel files in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of employee records during all phases of the scanning project.
Maintain logs and records of files processed and scanned.
handling physical personnel files.
Scanning of documents/quality check and to ensure scanned files are complete and correctly uploaded.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computers or Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferably 6 months to one year of related experience.
Technically sound with working knowledge of document scanning and file management systems.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Time management quality.
Team player.
