Head of Human Resources @ Ismailia Youth Services (IYS)

Job Summary

IYS is inviting applications for the position of Head of Human Resources for its Head Office located in Garden East.

Reporting to the President, IYS, the Head of Human Resources will be leading the HR at IYS and will serve the role as HR Business Partner by managing all the HR functions of IYS Schools, Academies and Head Office. S/He will exhibit leadership attributes in originating and leading Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a high-quality workforce.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

• A minimum of Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable university. An advanced qualification in the field of Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Relevant experience of at least 05 years of Human Resource Management preferably in any academic institution(s), with at least 02 years at a senior level.

Skills:

• A dynamic, energetic, committed leader and a key team player, having commitment to the ideals and ethos of the AKDN.

• S/He should be a strategic thinker, a proactive person, able to develop a strong team with effective people management, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
