Job Summary

Finance Officer will be responsible for following.

 

1.     Assist supervisor to prepare annual budget.

2.     Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annually budget variance report.

3.     Maintain Fixed Assets register / update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.

4.     Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annually report and reconciliations related to donation and fixed assets.

5.     Bookkeeping of transactions. Preparation of vouchers related to fixed assets and donations.

6.     Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.

7.     Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets & donation and assist the auditors in their inquiries.

8.     Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets.

9.     Update various control sheets related to fixed assets and donation.

10.   Issue donation receipts to donors.

11.   Maintain donor register 

Required Skills

The candidate with a bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience will be preferred. He should have an effective communication and interpersonal skills, a strong command over MS Office and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
