ITREBP invites applications for the role of Educationalist to be based at, ITREB for Gupis Yasin. The position reports to the Regional Academic Coordinator & work closely with Academic Lead, Regional and local ITREBs Leadership and REC Management. The individual will be responsible for overall improvement of teaching and learning at RECs in the assigned Local Board(s) and development of RECs model as per the standards. S/He will also play an active role in development and execution of RECs Improvement Plan including RE repositioning efforts.
The post holder must possess demonstrated educational leadership and mentoring skills and a strategic thinker who is able to develop a strong team with effective people management skills. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and report writing skills in English and Urdu with hands-on working experience on MS Office.
Required SkillsThe candidate should have a Master’s degree in area of Education or Masters in any discipline with M.Ed. (Two years) from recognized university along with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience of Academic Management, School Development and Teachers Education in an educational institution(s). Applicant having formal Religious Education, International training programme like PTEP, IWTP or GPISH will have an added advantage
