Job Description
- Responsible of taking over new critical patient.
- Adheres to policies, documentation, guild lines and plans regarding critical care.
- Responsible of setting all the guidelines and technical protocols of Home Care Services.
- Conduct Training sessions of injection team.
- Responsible of approving all the documents and consent forms related to Home Care Services.
- Staff training on Nursing Notes and Patients record.
- Staff training on Critical Patient Handling.
- Training on Prevention of infection control and safety environment at patient home.
- Taking calls of Doctor Consultation at home.
- Visits patients for Doctor Consultation at home.
- Taking care of moving critical patient through ambulance.
- Coordination with Family and Patient’s Doctor.
- Visits of all home care patients.
- Conduct round table with HOD’s and Administrative Managers for improvements and trainings
Required SkillsRequirements:
- MBBS.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Patient Handling & Critical Care.
