Job Summary:
The Female Law Graduate for Banking Sector will be responsible for recovering overdue loans and non-performing accounts for the bank. She will contact clients, follow up on pending payments, handle legal documentation, and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
Role and Responsibilities:
Contact clients via calls, emails, or visits to recover overdue loans and payments.
Review accounts and determine appropriate recovery actions.
Draft and maintain legal notices and recovery documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Risk, Legal) for smooth recovery processes.
Prepare reports on recovery status and update management regularly.
Ensure all recovery actions comply with banking policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
Skills and Qualification:
LLB degree is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of banking laws and recovery regulations.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
Ability to work independently and meet recovery targets.
