Job Description
Handling international customers via email & other support platforms.
Responding to the email regarding products and services.
Replying to customer’s emails for queries and complaints received.
Convincing the customers while portraying the positive image of the company.
Resolving the disputes (Payment, Negative feedback) of customers by convincing them.
Follow-up & coordinate with different departments.
Required Skills
Must have excellent English writing skills.
02-03 years of experience in dealing with international customers.
An E-commerce experience will be preferred.
Eagerness & ability to learn.
