We are seeking an experienced customer service resource to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for;

Job Description

  • Handling international customers via email & other support platforms.
  • Responding to the email regarding products and services.
  • Replying to customer’s emails for queries and complaints received.
  • Convincing the customers while portraying the positive image of the company. 
  • Resolving the disputes (Payment, Negative feedback) of customers by convincing them.
  • Follow-up & coordinate with different departments.

Required Skills
  • Must have excellent English writing skills.
  • 02-03 years of experience in dealing with international customers.
  • An E-commerce experience will be preferred.
  • Eagerness & ability to learn.
