The main role of a teacher is to provide conducive classroom environment and high-quality learning experiences to students particularly in his/her respective grade(s) and Subject(s); and generally, in the school. As such the duties and responsibilities of a teacher include:
MA / MSc (subject specialization) with at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position. Candidates having M. Ed or B. Ed degree will be preferred.
Experience of being in a leadership position (committee chair, etc.) would be an added advantage.
Required SkillsS/he will be required to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu. S/he must have strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills along with working experience on MS Office.
