Job Summary

NexGen Technologies LLC is looking for a dynamic individual to act as Manager at one of its call centers. The manager is expected to be the backbone of organization He/she is expected to perform the following given responsibilities while being on job; 

  • Hiring, Coaching and Development of the Call Center Team
  • Assign tasks to all teams
  • Supervising the daily operations
  • Collaborate with other departments
  • Arrange in-office events and meetings
  • Provide exceptional service to customers during events
  • Provide suggestions or alternatives for improving Customer Service Quality to meet and exceed customer’s expectations.
  • Meet and exceed established goals, targets and expectations.

Required Skills
  • Graduate or Masters
  • Minimum 2 years post qualification relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage team
  • Excellent command and speed on computer, MS Office, and social media.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication
  • Outgoing, Friendly and Positive Attitude
