Job Summary
NexGen Technologies LLC is looking for a dynamic individual to act as Manager at one of its call centers. The manager is expected to be the backbone of organization He/she is expected to perform the following given responsibilities while being on job;
- Hiring, Coaching and Development of the Call Center Team
- Assign tasks to all teams
- Supervising the daily operations
- Collaborate with other departments
- Arrange in-office events and meetings
- Provide exceptional service to customers during events
- Provide suggestions or alternatives for improving Customer Service Quality to meet and exceed customer’s expectations.
- Meet and exceed established goals, targets and expectations.
Required Skills
- Graduate or Masters
- Minimum 2 years post qualification relevant experience.
- Ability to manage team
- Excellent command and speed on computer, MS Office, and social media.
- Excellent Written and Verbal skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication
