Business Development Associate @ Technorayx

Job Summary

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Business Development Associate.

Business Development Associate oversee the sales process to attract new clients. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively. Research and identify new market opportunities.

Required Skills

1. Command in the English Language
2. Demonstrate good written communication skills

An ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

• Should be able to handle the responsibility of Business Development and Project Management.
• At least 2 years of experience working on different online portals (Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, etc).
• Good command of English (writing and speaking)
• Ability to write effective project proposal depending on client's requirements
• Ability to understand clients' requirements and negotiate accordingly via written communication and verbal communication.
• Ability to comprehend clients' requirements and explain them to the production team.
• Happy to work in night shifts (6 pm till 3 am).
• Ability to devise new strategies based on changing market dynamics.
